✅ Key Requirements
•    Academic Credentials: Finance degree with professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
•    Technical Expertise:
o    Proven knowledge and certification in IFRS & IAS
o    Experience in consolidated financial statements
o    Knowledge of IAS auditing standards
o    Corporate finance, valuation & investment appraisal
o    Financial risk assessment, fraud detection & internal controls
o    Understanding of taxation, company law, labour law & social insurance in your home country
•    Practical Skills:
o    Audit process knowledge
o    Strong data analytics
o    Proven ERP expertise (SAP / BMD essential)
o    Cybersecurity awareness
🌐 Language Skills
•    Fluent in English (mandatory)
•    German language basics required, with willingness to complete advanced training before relocation. Candidates with existing German skills will be highly regarded.
