What you’ll do:
🌿 Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring the highest service standards
🌿 Lead and inspire a team of therapists and spa professionals
🌿 Develop signature treatments and wellness programs aligned with the hotel’s brand
🌿 Drive revenue growth through guest engagement, upselling, and promotions
🌿 Work cross-functionally with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest journey
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Previous experience managing a spa in a luxury hotel or resort
✔️ Strong leadership, commercial, and guest service skills
✔️ Knowledge of international spa & wellness trends
✔️ Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2/C1 level required)
