We are seeking a passionate and talented Executive Head Chef to take the lead in our multi-outlet restaurant operation – from a casual snack bar to a full-service restaurant open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

 

Key responsibilities:
โœ… Oversee all kitchen operations across 4 outlets
โœ… Lead, train, and inspire a large kitchen brigade
โœ… Develop creative, high-quality menus for both casual and fine dining concepts
โœ… Ensure consistency, food safety, and cost control
โœ… Collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience

 

What we’re looking for:
๐Ÿ”น Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, ideally within an international hotel chain
๐Ÿ”น Strong leadership and organizational skills
๐Ÿ”น Passion for culinary excellence and innovation
๐Ÿ”น Portuguese is mandatory; English a bonus
๐Ÿ”น Knowledge of Asian cuisine
